What is Léna?
Léna is the expert assistant of the Lenaxis platform. You ask it a real question about risk, prevention, safety, audit, insurance, compliance, supply chain or crisis management; it answers in a structured way and points out what remains to be checked.
Is Léna an artificial intelligence?
Léna is an automated assistant built on large language models (commonly called generative AI), combined with the business knowledge of Lenaxis. You are therefore talking to an automated system: its answers are decision support and must be checked before any use that affects safety, compliance or a contract.
Does Léna replace a loss-prevention engineer or an expert?
No. Léna speeds up information search, the structuring of the analysis and the identification of next actions. Any technical or regulatory decision, or any decision affecting the safety of people and property, remains the responsibility of a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.
Can Léna see the data of Lenaxis customers?
No. Léna does not access the private data of platform customers: to answer a public question, it relies on public information only.
Where is the application hosted?
The Lenaxis application is hosted in France and in the European Union.
What is the difference between Léna and Lenaxis?
Léna is the conversational entry point: one question, one answer. Lenaxis is the full platform: modules covering the six phases of risk management (identification, mapping, treatment, improvement, monitoring, crisis management), linked by a digital twin of risk.
In the platform, does the assistant decide?
No. The assistant proposes; every sensitive action requires your approval.
How do you work with insurers?
Sharing the file with the insurer or broker through an insurer extranet is coming soon.

Who is behind Lenaxis?
David Museur, thirty years in field risk engineering and founder of RiskAttitude (Risk@, 2010), and Romain Leclercq, who joined Risk@’s technical team in 2018 and designed most of Lenaxis.
