About us
Expertise born in the field, turned into a platform.
Lenaxis continues work that began in the field, in risk engineering and insurance. That know-how became digital tools with RiskAttitude and Risk@, then a single platform: risk mapping, audit, prevention, action plans, alerts, crisis management and Léna, the expert assistant.

Since 1997
The common thread · more than thirty years in the trade, in the field and in teaching, to this day.
A trade practised since 1997
The founder, David Museur: more than thirty years in risk and crisis management, more than 1,750 risk surveys. Groupama, Camacte, then Ascoma, an international broker in Monaco. He founded RiskAttitude in 2010, then headed technology at EvalRisk and risk management for the Finaxy group. Fire engineer (CNPP), Mines ParisTech specialisation; he also teaches risk management (Mines ParisTech, ESA, CESI, ENSOSP).

2010 – 2021
R&D · first version of Risk@: structuring audits and mapping.
RiskAttitude is born
RiskAttitude started in 2010, first as a project, then as a company operated until 2021. It offered an outsourced risk-management service for companies and insurers, and a tool to structure audits: Risk@.
The business kept evolving and changed structure several times: RiskAttitude, then EvalRisk, then Finaxy Risk.

2014 – 2016
R&D · the Risk@ range: tablet, mobile, broker and fleet versions.
Risk@, a tool born from audits
First built for the team’s own audits: tablet audits, criticality matrix, risk mapping and a mobile version. The range then extended to brokers and vehicle fleets.

2017 – 2018
R&D · Risk@ version 4, virtual reality, 360° visits; more than 1,500 users.
Innovating to train and prevent
A virtual-reality risk-survey simulator and 360° site visits. In 2017, RiskAttitude joined the Allianz France accelerator in Nice. In 2018, Romain Leclercq joined the technical team. The same year, Risk@ reached version 4: €1.4 million invested in R&D, supported by the French research and innovation tax credits.
2017 – 2018
R&D · live remote risk surveys, the forerunner of Lenaxis live visits.
Recognition
RiskAttitude took part in the Côte d’Azur Innovation Awards in October 2017, then was among the winners of the AXA Discovery programme in 2018.

2021 – 2024
R&D · Risk@ expands: remote risk surveys, survey simulator, new audits.
The EvalRisk stage: a broader offer
In 2021, RiskAttitude became EvalRisk. The company broadened its offer: risk surveys for insurers and brokers, the French single risk-assessment document (DUERP), regulatory and insurance audits, training. Risk@ kept evolving with live remote risk surveys and the survey simulator.
2023 – 2024
R&D · company data collection and a first risk score.
HyBroke: a lab prototype
HyBroke was never a company: it was a lab development that remained a prototype. For a broker, it described the company to be insured in a few screens (its size, for example) and tested a first risk score. Its lessons prepared Lenaxis.

2024 – 2025
R&D · the tool proven at the scale of a brokerage group.
The Finaxy stage: equipping a brokerage group
Tools derived from Risk@ equipped the Finaxy brokerage group. David Museur served as group head of risk management (September 2024 – April 2025) and Romain Leclercq as IT manager of Finaxy Risk. This group-scale experience shaped the design of Lenaxis, fully rewritten and independent of earlier versions.

2025 – 2026
Culmination · full rewrite: digital twin, native modules, the Léna assistant.
Rewrite and convergence into Lenaxis
In 2025 and 2026, the platform was fully rewritten, with Romain Leclercq as architect: a single repository, from monitoring to the crisis cell, and the Léna assistant. Trademark filed with the INPI in 2026. Demonstrations on request.
They used our earlier solutions
Clients of RiskAttitude, EvalRisk and the Risk@ software, which preceded Lenaxis. They are not presented as Lenaxis clients.

What drives us
From field findings to useful action
Knowing real risks
Fire, business interruption, a failing supplier, a cyber-attack: we start from what actually happens on a site and what it leads to.
Tools born in the field
Every function answers a need met during an audit or a site visit: identify, assess, prioritise, follow up.
Analyse, decide, prevent
From monitoring to the crisis cell, Lenaxis connects analysis, the action plan and business continuity.
Your frameworks, your deliverables

- Methods
- ISO 31000 · Prouty matrix · FMEA · business continuity · your checklists
Your deliverables
- Audit report and recommendations

Lenaxis supports preparation and follow-up. Certification is still issued by an accredited body.
Who it is for
Do you recognise yourself?
Manufacturers, SMEs and mid-caps
Example. An inspection is announced and the evidence is scattered across several spreadsheets.
Risk managers, QHSE and prevention
Example. The risk assessment is updated once a year and action plans are not followed through.
Insurers and underwriters
Example. Underwriting an industrial site on an incomplete, rarely updated risk declaration.
Reinsurers
Example. Comparing the risks of a ceded portfolio from inconsistent survey reports.
Brokers and agents
Example. Taking an industrial client to market with a thin technical file.
Inspection and certification bodies
Example. After the report, tracking the clearing of reservations has no tool.
Loss adjusters and claims handlers
Example. Is a trip of several hundred kilometres needed for a first inspection?
Consultants and advisory firms
Example. The method lives in spreadsheets and the report is filed away when the assignment ends.
